Turner syndication question

When the Seinfeld syndication reruns swich to Turner, will they still be missing a minute or two or whatever, or will they be the full original episodes? Anybody happen to know?

Of course on TBS it will be chopped. Plus you get Promos in the left and right corners and graphics on half the bottom screen telling you what you already know you are watching. Along with Split screens at the end and someone talking over the music.
