It is said by all cast members that there will be no spinoffs whatsoever.

The only person that they were considering for a Seinfeld spinoff was J. Peterman, but they decided against it.

Kramer meets a beautiful woman with 3 children. They get married and move to Manhattan. The show will be about the struggles of a non-traditional family. Kramer will struggle to understand his step children and find common ground with them. They will share their feelings at the end of each episode at the family dinner table. It will be heralded as the next "Family Ties."
He already lives in Manhattan.
A J. Petermen spin off would work if it was a show following Petermen on his jourenys around the world to find clothing, each week a different exotic local. If not that give the guy who plays him a show ala Michael Palins Around The World in 80 Days and Full Circle.
A Newmen spin off would be cool maybe have him transfered to some post office in the burbs, to make the show even more intersting have Cliff from Cheers as his boss, those two getting into wacky situations.
