The episode trade issue

First off, thanks to those who wrote and extended their support!

Regarding the subject of trading episodes in this forum I'm glad many people agree with me. But watch your self, as you know there are a couple losers in alt.tv.seinfeld who feel the need to control others and dictate what others post.

Also as stated, perhaps these few individuals need to go open up their own yahoo club so they can control and monitor to their hearts content. These hypocritical losers are the very same people who download mp3's from Napster and other sources. And they'll say, "At least we're not distributing it, and or trading it". Well guess what, you are trading mp3's via the Napster's database, and or other similar sources. Am I right or wrong? When you download anything from the Internet, you are in a sense trading media with others, especially when sources like Napster for example allow other people to download media that you possess on your hard drive. Many pictures, music, words, are copyrighted just as episodes are.

But NO WAY, these couple netcops in here never engage in such activities, right? *lol*

Bottom line, the yahoo club that these netcops made for the sole purpose of trading episodes is terrible. The forum is S-L-O-W and no one even knows about it. And when I tried to utilize it, I got no response. All 180 seinfeld episodes I have now I've received from people at alt.tv.seinfeld, and a couple at episodes4all.

For the people who scream see you in court, tell it to the judge and or Sony's lawyers, remember, as the old saying goes, before you try and take the splinter out of my eye, try working on that 2x4 in yours.

The whole purpose of that site sam is that people won't post selling/trading eps in here. That site was just made a little under a month ago. People DO view it and HAVE been getting results. Maybe you just don't know how to treat people nice and that's why no one has responded to you. Ever think of that? Lastly, as you make the comment that you are getting sick of people posting "every day" in alt.tv.seinfeld regarding the selling or trading of episodes, you cannot accuse me of flooding the group with those messages. I post every now and then and if you do not like what I post, please utilize your killfile on my address. It can't get any simpler then that, can it?

Really? Perhaps you'd like to comment on "Aaron", an individual who sometimes uses QuickSilver, an anonymous remailing program, to post malicious crossposted messages. (For those of you who haven't noticed, "Aaron" is the one encouraging people to post binaries in this non-binary forum.) But I suppose you wouldn't know anything about that, would you Sam?

For those interested in learning more about "Aaron" and Sam, simply do a Google search for Aaron's email address, [email]. It'll only take five minutes, since there are very few such posts. But among them, look for messages which are from Earthlink, Sam's ISP. Look for messages which discuss 180 Seinfeld episodes on CD, the same product Sam is peddling. Look for messages which ask for help on posting anonymously to alt.tv.seinfeld. And most importantly, look for the message which is signed "Sam"!

And given that "Aaron" is so upset about Sam being rebuked for posting binary messages and trading episodes, does anyone believe these are *not* the same person, simply covering his tracks by posting anonymously?

I wasn't going to air all this publicly, but you've given us little choice, eh?
