Two Gay Guys In 'Soup Nazi'

Who are the two gay guys who, in "Soup Nazi" steal the the armoir from Elaine while Kramer is watching it? They also interrogate Kramer in the Aids walk bec. he won't wear the ribbon. They are so funny. They should find a way to get back at them. Do the characters have names?
