That depends on your opinion. King of the hill is funny, but the humor is more subtle.

I think Simpsons relies more on physical humor and rips of movies, TV, and music than anything else. KOTH is more laid-back and trusts word play to make us laugh. So, neither Simpsons nor KOTH is a clear winner... I'd call it a dead heat.
