tried peggy's_pageant_fever on kazaa, no luck

Keep trying. Kazaa is not like a website, where what they have is available all the time. Anything shared on Kazaa is by the generosity and on the schedule of the user sharing it, so if you don't find it now, you might find it later when someone is logged in who's sharing it.
