I'm from Texas.   It means the eggs are fried on one side fairly well done,
then flipped and barely cooked on the other side so that the yolk is runny.
Lots of people around here eat them that way.   Pretty good eating!    :)

I'm from Wisconsin and I eat my eggs that way all the time, but although it's well over 30 years since I was in school I can't ever remember frying or eating them in the school shower. ;-)

I was surprised today that both the Packers and the Cowboys lost.   I really
thought both would win.   I was a big fan of the Packers back in the day of
Lombardi, Starr, Horning, Kramer, Nitsche (sp?), etc.   Great teams!   Stay
warm up there!    It's actually a little chilly down here tonight.   Well,
not real cold, but cold enough for an excuse to light the fireplace.   :)
