Interesting Pilot Incongruities

I am watching the Pilot right now and noticed that they go to an already constructed Mega-Lo Mart for some plumbing device. Further, LuAnne's boy friend Buckley is already working there, and greets Hank in the Hardware Department.

Just thought that was curious, but of course, Moe Sizlak, Barney Gumble, and other character's on the Simpson's were underdeveloped prior to being brought onboard as major characters. As was Krusty the clown.

The WD-40 and the tap and die? Sounds more like for the pick-up. Did he say plumbing?

You are probably right. After having seen these shows so many times, I sort of watch with one eye on the tv and one on the computer screen. But the jist of my report is correct I believe.
