Why not. Bobby ain't right and Bill ain't right. They looked a lot alike in the scene by the back fence (is that the same episode as the dog-biscuit incident?). The young Bill in flashbacks bears a striking resemblance to the current Bobby. Bobby once publicly thanked Hank for raising him, though he wasn't his biological child. Mike Judge has done episodes in fertility clinics in both _Beavis and Butt-Head_ and _King of the Hill_. Where's the stretch?

Making the jump into cartoon mentality, that may be what Hank thinks. Hank thinks he has a narrow urethra. If you check where the urethra goes, one narrow enough to stop all sperm from getting out would also make urination mighty uncomfortable. Hank's story is that buying Lady Bird was sufficient incentive for his urethra to relax and to allow the one fertilization, but no other. Hank is known to be against _in vitro_ fertilization, and Peggy is known to be willing to give it a try. Now it is true enough that a narrow urethra may be cartoon metaphor for two parallel cases of a narrow vas deferens, but the dog connection is a bit of a stretch for me, and I don't think Peggy is above keeping an extra visit to the fertility clinic secret from Hank when it gave her a chance to have a baby after seven or eight years of marriage. I don't think Bill would mind helping however he could, and he certainly takes an active interest in Bobby's upbringing.
] Now if Peggy had a drunken roll in the hay with good ] old Bill, that's a different story.
I don't think Peggy's ever been _that_ drunk.
