New Theme Music: Ich!

I dunno, perhaps it's just a matter of my being used to the old _KotH_ theme music, but I can't say I care for the new "improved" version on tonight's (5/11) episode. Why did they feel the need to change it, anyway? If it ain't broke, etc.

I found the new theme music to be quite nice ...

Either version works for me, though.

(The only change was a high electric guitar solo that starts about when Hank takes the garbage bag from Peggy, and continues to the very end of the song. All the other parts remain the same, so this solo rides on top of the rest.)

There's also a "yee-hah!" that I don't remember being there ebfore. (In fact, it was a nice excuse to break out the video tapes and watch an old ep or two to be sure.)

I have to weigh in on the "they shouldn't have changed it!" side of this little discussion...

Whoa. Different music? I gotta pay closer attention. Yep. Dang ol' -N!

Well.....I, for one, find it a big improvement! The added guitar makes it more appealing to the non-bumpkins in the world.....and gives it that certain "kick" it was lacking. Hope they keep it this way!
