Never believe anything you read at tvtome unless you see it confirmed on another site (like http://www.geocities.com/arlen_texas ); I read -- and this is the only "inside" info I've come across of late -- that they were considering the possibility of bringing back Laoma, and still are, but they haven't actually done anything with her in season 8. The option is still open, though. But then the option is still open of bringing back lots of characters...
