Dale precursor on "Beavis and Butthead"

I was watching an old (is there any other kind ?) episode of B&B this week, entitled (IIRC) 1-900-Butthead. The "husband" of the phone sex woman sure looked like Dale Gribble...

I too noticed "Dale" on B&B.It has to be him,even the hat and cigarette.In one episode,they met some chics,and one of them looked like Luanne's mom,Leanne. I'm glad Mike Judge brought the character's to KOTH.Dale rocks.At least on KOTH,he gets a better looking wife.

Dale is one of my favorites, too. You were right about the Beavis and Butthead episode, that guy in the trailer with the fat woman DID look a lot like Dale!

Even if it was Dale, what would he be doing in a trailer with a fat woman in a phone sex business? Kind of makes you think.

I have some comments on b n b's relationship with KOTH. 1. Is it just me, or does anyone else think dooley is somehow related to butthead? He has buttheads sarcastic,low-key voice from the early b n b's. Maybe he's buttheads cousin or something. Both shows take place in texas so it is possible. 2. Someone said on some KOTH discussion that b n b would work well as minor KOTH characters,maybe school bullies or something. I agree, as long as its the darker image that the characters had in 1993. What do you think about these things?
