We've had a heated debate and if the powers that be at FOX are smart they will pre-empt the programming for election coverage.
But why not instead of talking heads, why not have the election coverage anchored by Hank Hill, with commentary by Dale Gribble, Bill, Boomhauer, Kahn, Peggy, and Louann.
Would make an interesting twist that would be a winner

I think this is a great idea; with the possible exception of Peter Jennings, the Fox/KOTH Election Coverage Team would undoubtedly return the most insightful and trenchant of all election reporting.

Well, that's funny because I think it's important, just not as important as oh, declaring war, or whatever level you put it at. I'll check the results in the morning. Or the next day, or after that... they won't change.

Fortunately for 99% of the people on this newsgroup FOX is not smart, at least by your definition of smart. They will not pre-empt KOTH. They will show it in its entirety, and then post the election results during the regular newscast where it belongs.
