As many of us probably predicted NBC did indeed donate Sunday night to the other networks. Most noteworthy to this newsgroup, Fox. Fox's Sunday night lineup fared well against surefire ratings-winner Toy Story. Here are the results of the 9/30 night. King of the Hill again outranked The Simpsons in the ratings, and both series outdid the X-Files:
7 PM: The World's Funniest - 6.4/11 8 PM: The Simpsons ("The Principal and the Pauper") - 9.2/14 8:30: King of the Hill ("Texas City Twister") - 9.6/15 9 PM: The X-Files ("Zero Sum") - 7.6/11
A personal note: I'm very glad King of the Hill got better ratings than The Simpsons. 5Fs, get here SOON.
