Fill me in!!

I can't believe it...the ONLY show that I make a point to see once a week and my neighbor shows up...I even mentioned that this is my favorite show - the only one I REALLY try too see every week, but to no avail...it was on while she was here, but of course I couldn't pay attention. Now I read these postings about....HOLLYWOOD? Are the Hill's moving to CA? What's the deal?? Someone please fill me in...
