I should clarify something about my earlier posting ... I was REPORTING on the closing on another site OTHER THAN MY OWN.
The site contacted by FOX lawyers was "King of the Hill Texas Aggie Style" (http://http.tamu.edu/~bas4437/koth.htm).
I feel its important to NOT let such closures go unhearlded.
