If King of the Hill's Johnny Hardwick had his way, we'd all get to see Hank Hill's niece, Luanne, naked. Hardwick, who writes for the Fox toon (Tuesdays, 8 pm/ET) and also plays the voice of conspiracy nut Dale Gribble, has all kinds of ideas for the show. Unfortunately, a fair amount of them � including having Luanne appear in the buff � never make it to the air. "I want Dale to call someone a 'naif,' " he said Monday in a TV Guide Online chat. "I keep pitching it. I keep trying to get Dale to say, 'My bad' when he does something wrong. I had him say it during a ping-pong tournament in the firehouse, but it got cut. I wrote a scene of Dale in the basement, depressed, listening to 'Comfortably Numb' by Pink Floyd. That got cut." So what will we see on King of the Hill? In the coming weeks, said Hardwick, Peggy will get busted for bringing cocaine to a prisoner, Bill will have sex with his cousin and Buckley � Luanne's boyfriend, who got blown up at the Megalomart last season � will return for an episode entitled "Buckley's Angel." Even though the show is set deep in the heart of Texas, Hardwick thinks it has universal appeal. "The show is in Quebec, dubbed in French," he said. "They actually reset it in St. Irene, Quebec, and changed all the references to Canadian products. It is f---ed up." � Susan Campbell Beachy

Well, we can only hope that Johnny Hardwick continues to fight for what's right.......if they're gonna show Hank's posterior ( as in the twister ep ), then, dagnabit, Luanne's rear end deserves equal time! At LEAST............:) It's a gender equality issue, dang it.........who's with me? Fight the power!!!!!

Why is it that male posteriors can be shown for comedic effect, but not female? I've seen it on "The Simpsons," "The Critic," "Dilbert," and now "KOTH." And it's always pudgy, scrawny, or just plain out-of-shape males, too (here I'm thinking Dale in that thong of his). For having to put up with that all this time, we should get a nice glimpse of Luanne's bare backside once in a while, at the very least! Where do I sign the petition?

First,let me say that y'all's fascination with a cartoon characters naked ass is a little unhealthy,but that's ok.I think DeathFox brings up a good point though.It does seem as though "hollywood" has said that a woman's bare butt is sexual and a man's bare butt is funny/acceptable.It almost seems to me that society in general,finds that a woman's body elicits more of a sexual response than a mans.Maybe because men are considered to be more sexed.Like a man can't see a chic's ass without get aroused,whereas women are not likely to get hot over a mans butt.Of course this is not true.Women are sexual creatures too,we just don't act out as men do,or at least,you guys don't ususally see it.Us gals can be downright filthy minded too.The media just does'nt often consider that.Not that Dale in his thong,or Hanks pasty,frog-like shape flapping in the breeze did anything for me.I would'nt mind seeing something happen to expose Luanne's cheekage.I gotta tell ya,I've seen some down right funny things involving a female backside,so the option is there.

Some female comedian I saw once made the comment, "Us gals can go to a nude beach and fantasize ALL WE WANT!" Needless to say, us guys can't exactly do that. Unfair, I say!

Hey, it's not like we're asking to see Peggy's, or Connie's, or even Hank's mom's! Just Luanne's.

Who was, by the way, listed as one of the "Sexiest Women on TV" in an issue of "Details" magazine last year. Not that it counts for much.
