Hi, all! I'm a newbie to this newsgroup!

So, where do I sign up to subscribe? I'm a big fan of Mike Judge, and B&B and of course King of the Hill!

Before you can subscribe, you need to list out the groups that you aren't subscribed to. In slrn push "L", in tin push "y", and in trn push "|" and the pattern you want to look at. So try "L", followed by "alt.tv.king*" and it will list this group.

Once you have the group on your screen, there are lots of ways to subscribe. If you are using the One True Newsreader(slrn), then push "s" in the group selection window. Tin, a sort of ancestor to slrn, also uses the "s".

If you are using Netscape, you click that little box next to the group name, and that subscribes you. Just make it look like the boxes next to the other groups you are subscribed to, like "news.newusers" and "alt.binaries.pictures.erotica.bestiality".

If you are using Internet Explorer, I think you have to send mail to Bill Gates and ask him if it is ok for you to subscribe. Make sure you include the name of the newsgroup, the serial number of your version of Windows 95, and of course, a complete list of all the files on your hard drive.
