Bill is dumb because...

..of his BBQ grill. It's made out of a 55 gallon barrel that used to contain AGENT ORANGE. 30 or so years of eating from that grill is bound to have killed most of his brain cells. At least thats one explanation. Vickie

I was trying to make out the words on his grill,but I did not make it out.Good observation there Victoria. Also,may I say,seeing Bill abused,and the bruise on his arm disturbed me.I really felt angry that someone would hurt this sweet guy.
