Well, I could. (Maybe she had a sudden migraine attack at the airport and needed an emergency therapeutic massage. We all know how effective John Redcorn's massage was on Peggy's headache, and migraines can indeed be an emergency. The "treatment" in the van during the Dallas-Cowboys-video episode wasn't a whole lot different from what this one could have been. We might could agree that both were of the same nature, whatever that nature was.)

But it's certainly a bigger stretch after the Thanksgiving episode to find a reasonable doubt (especially for those who are inclined to believe that a television personality and a licensed healer would have sex in the back of a supervised car inside an airport terminal). My guess is that most people are convinced, and even I admit that the "obvious" may be "true".

(Yet Peggy survived a fall from an airplane, and that's even less likely than a "reasonable doubt" about the "affair". I'd say either way is still possible in Arlen. Which is funnier: for poor, deluded Dale Gribble to be the butt of a running joke or for the entire audience to be the butt of a running joke?)
