What Happened To The New Episode?

Does anyone know what happened to the episode that was supposed to air on Sunday, 1/14? From the previews at the end of the episode that aired on Sunday, 1/7, the one on 1/14 was supposed to be a new one. The new one was centering around Dale Gribble in which he got a desk job and was firing people. To add to my confusion, the end of the old one that actually aired on 1/14 had a preview for next week that was yet a different new one in which Hank starts crying because his truck is breaking down.

Dont know,,the same thing happened to futurama's "new" ep as well.
