All of last season was a "dream season". Hank will wake up in the new episode. Don't know for a fact, but I'm taking a stab. That' a good idea. I'd accept a wheelchair plot line. They tried the "as realistic as possible" with Luann's hair and while I wish my hair grew that fast, it was still a lot better than having it all grow back in a week. Overall, I think the writers do a good job of keeping the show realistic.
