Does anybody remember that episode where Peggy was in the Beauty Pagent? I remember the scene where Bill was singing 'Taking Care of Business' off-key. How many people think Bill is a bad singer? It would've been funnier to see _Dale_ singing that song while washing his car! ;)

I could just picture it!

Yes, but part of Bill's character is that he sometimes tries to express himself and be joyous, but it doesn't come off right. I can't see Dale singing while washing his car, or making any similar attempt to be lighthearted.
