It looked like Luanne's father was the guy over on the left in the wedding=cake-cutting scene with brown hair and a brown suit. Luanne most likely hadn't been born yet.
The scene in Nancy Gribble's hospital room with Dale and the newborn Joseph practically eliminates a couple of possibilities, like Joseph's being the child of a previous marriage of either of them or Joseph's being adopted. That leaves only three or four other possibilities besides the "obvious" one.
