It's been confirmed that Futurama will come out on DVD in Region 1 in 4th Quarter 2001 following The Simpsons release in September.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the Lord of the Rings movies. I'd love to see a quality version of the whole series, but the last one that came out was a bit of a let down.
