FOX considers images on a website copyright violations. When they have DVD's in the US and/or run the show in a DECENT timeslot where it is not PREEMPTED by football, I may consider it stealing. Until then, I consider it entertainment.

It is NOT illegal to download it. It is illegal to UPLOAD it. You can have copies of whatever the hell you want. If you have been given them you haven't broken any laws. Its what you then do with them (or intend to do with them) thats nearly always illegal.

Indeed, and it's definately better to see the episodes now, rather than waiting a couple of years for them to be screened in Europe (and then be cut to pieces and shown at 4pm).
