Probably picked a few choice outfits up during a 20th century retro-wear fad. I imagine in the future widespread cultural fads come and go even faster than they do now, like say during an afternoon.
I think they were flesh-covered unitards or something and the black bars were part of the design so its kinda funny that way.... I dunno.
