I know this sounds like one of those freakish fan things, but seriously, it was just a passing thought I had today at work. I could just imagine a scene where Bender walks into Fry's room. Fry is sitting down and watching TV, there's two guys shouting at each other:

Bender: Hey, Fry, did you- What the hell is that?

Fry: It's a debate about whether or not the millenium starts this year or in 3001. It's pretty interesting.

(on the TV) Man 1: Is too!

Man 2: Is not!

Man 1: *IS* too!!

Man 2: MORON!

Bender: Ooo! This IS interesting!

Fry: Yeah. It's a sweet taste of home.

Congratulations on being probably the first to write a Futurama fanscript. It was funny and very much in keeping with the characters and tone of the series. Thumbs up from me.

I for one, would like to see some more fanscripts that weren't pieces of crap.

And just think in the year 3000 There'll be 15 billion usegroups pointing out that fact. ;)

And most of the posts will still be "Me Too" posts and the like from AOL and WebTv users. I suppose in three thousand you will be able to get a year's worth of free time on AOL before you sign up.
