Episode Capsules??

I haven't been online in over a year. Whatever happened to www.nnyc.com and www.frcr.com? The latter is still there, but "down until further notice", but the former is completely gone. What happened? Cease & desist letters from Fox?

While no one "owns" any public forum, I was pointing out the irony of someone who leaves for a year and then tells regular contributor "please leave *our* group."

If anyone has a right to say "this is our group" or "please leave our group" it's the people who read and post here on a regular basis. When you left, you were in the midst of arguments with a couple of people. If you wan to come back and stay, as apposed to dropping in, insulting regulars, then leaving in a fit of presumed superiority (again) you will have to accept a few flames and start to contribute. Otherwise, you will find yourself unwelcome by the community.

The friendly to flame ration in this group is far better than many of the groups I frequent. I think most of the regulars here prefer that it stay that way.

Pardon? Only ONE was my fault. And that started because of my post about a certain Louisiana politician who once belonged to a certain group. Yes, it was my fault, I apologized then, and I just did again yesterday. But I did _not_ start the other one (which I do remember). There were about five angry posts about an HTML signature I had once, but I would hardly classify that as a flame war.
