Only 49 years old, that's far too young. To think of all the many other wonderful things he still could have accomplished. It's a very painful loss of a talented man.

It's so sad... He had a good 40 more years of great writing left in him...

It may sound selfish, but I'm wondering if maybe someone will try and publish some of his un-published works (Salmon of Doubt? Please?)

I found out last Saturday... And it still makes me sad to think about it.
