(I posted this about 10 days ago....no response but I'm still interested in it...)
I was watching Spanish Fry (4ACV17) today, and near the beginning when Fry gets pulled up into the alien ship, he notices the license plate...above "probe 1" is some alien text (4 letters then 5 - I can't make out what's in the colored stickers, at least till the DVD comes out), but some of the characters don't seem to be in the AL2 character set (as seen on gotfuturama.com and elsewhere)...I tried looking at it backwards, sideways, etc, but some wouldn't be in it in any orientation;
others look Japanese. Has anyone had any luck in deciphering that? (I can post or email a small gif of the characters if anyone wants...) Thanks, Matt Garvey
