The new episode

Hello all. I used to be a regular here back at the end of season two. If anyone even remembers me, I'm surprised!

Anyway, there was a joke that simply wasn't said in tonight's episode that I could see fitting in quite well. Here's the customary spoiler space for those who missed it...

That should be good. Here's the line that popped into my head, knowing the style of Futurama.

Once they realized Fry was his own Grandpa, a great line from Zoidberg or the Prof. would have been to the affect of:

"You're your own grandfather? I guess I see the resemblance."

or...

"Now that you've become your own grandfather you look a lot more like yourself than you used to."

Anybody else think that's right along the line with Futurama style comedy?

Eh, it was nice to see a new episode at long last. :)

There'd have been some sort of genetic drift from Fry's grampa to Fry, unless his other ancestors added up to the genetic opposite of Mildred. Any way you look at it, that's one dysfunctional family. <_Jym_>
