Futurama S4 (R4) out Feb 18

I've just learned that the Futurama 4th Season Box Set (R4) will be released in Australia on February 18.

On the same day, the RRP for the first three seasons will be reduced to $37.95 each for a limited time.

I just bought season two from kmart for $56, but I'd been hearing rumblings of the discount. I'll pick up season three when it's discounted, and maybe season four then as well (for me at least, discounted season three and full price season four balance themselves out... if that makes sense).

Yep, I ordered Season 2 from atlanticdvd a couple of days ago and will probably order Season 3 from them soon too. Free shipping and damn cheap.

There was talk a while back of some kind of encoding problems with season 3. Does anyone know if these have been remedied? If so, and perhaps even if not, I'll definitely be picking up Season 1 and 3 to go with my second season box.

Go to www.atlanticdvd.com.au and search for Futurama (their website won't allow me to give you a direct link).

You will find that seasons 1-3 are now available for pre-order at the price of $37.95. Ezydvd's prices don't reflect the new pricing yet, but I am sure they and others will be posting the upcoming special soon.

Its not so unusual either. For a while Big W had Season 2 for about $42. That's when I picked that one up.
