Overused and overinflated, in my opinion. Perhaps that'll change if copyright attorneys (or spelling correctors or whomever) ever actually kill millions of people.

The copyright nazis are killing everything they feel doesn't have a right to exist. I think the analogy is perfectly appropriate.
