West Coast Got Boned

I have the East Coast and the West coast Shows on tape. The West coast missed out on when Bender came to the Shop and the High Amount of Electricity was used, was Blamed on him. Fry Stated he thought Bender had no Idea he was Abusing Electricity. Also, the Commercial breaks were at different times, I am not sure if there was another cut. This is Bullshit because, no matter what time zone you live in why when it is first run should be cut! This was NOT a Cable Signal, Fox is out to destroy Satellites. If I run these side by side, I will post any other Fox Screw ups! That was a nice way to put it! G T

It looks like you have a good point buried somewhere in there, but the message is so ungrammatical that I really can't make out what the hell you're talking about. Is there a translator in the group?

This was on the KTVU (the San Francisco FOX affiliate) broadcast. Unless there was a rather large earthquake that I managed not to feel, San Francisco is still considered to be on the "west coast".

Question: are you comparing two network feeds, or a network feed and a broadcast signal? It sounds like you're watching the west coast version over the air, and somebody screwed up and stuck in an extra local commercial by mistake. However, it wouldn't be the first time "sounds like" and "is" would be two entirely different things...

I'm in Loleta, a few miles South of Eureka, CA, and I saw that scene intact. We have a FOX affiliate up here on UHF ch.29, or 2 on COX Cable. 8:30pm PDT Tuesday, just like everybody else. There may have been a local screw-up somewhere. Some engineer was too busy jacking ON to get the right commercial tapes on the air at the right time or whatever.

dammitt. I wanna see STAR WARS.*sigh*. All those droids....*drool*.... I'm waiting for the hype to die down.

Okay, the truth is: I'm BROKE until the first. But really, I was concerned about crowds, not getting a good seat, etc. But, I definitely want to see it as soon as I can. I'm not worried. It'll be playing for a while. :]

Yeah, I've heard that the opening box office earnings were less than expected because people were avoiding the theaters, thinking they wouldn't be able to get in! ;)

I bought my tickets two days before it opened. There was no line at all, and neither of the shows I went to [Wed - 10:15 AM and Fri 2:00 PM] were sold out anyway, so I could've got them the day of the show. I paid more for popcorn and a Coke than I did for the tickets! (so I'm broke now, too... damn, maybe it's time to get a job?)

I just took my family to see it. FOUR of us got in for TWELVE bucks!! It was sold out, but a few people never made it: empty seats

Saw it with my wife and my boss. Thursday at lunchtime. 200+ seat theater. 10 people, max. Going in the evening and/or on the weekend is suicidal. :)

Saturday night, I could have seen it quite easily. But I had to go home and catch Red Dwarf and, you know, sleep.

I get fox on TCI cable in Santa Cruz and I saw the things you mention as being missed by the west coast. Maybe you have a bad affiliate?
