I am referring to the "being of pure energy" that Leela and Amy are talking to at the bar toward the beginning of Episode 4, "Love's Labour Lost In Space."
The voice for that "energy being" sounds awfully similar to the voice of Todd, the R.A. from the MTV animated series 3-South (the only half-hour of MTV that I can stomach). The being even said something "Todd-like," if I recall correctly.
Same guy doing the voice?
I'm not completely sure, but I think they said it was Billy West in the audiocommentary.

Yes, it's Billy West. No, there's no distortion. It's the same voice Billy used to do "Jackie puppet" on Howard Stern. I know because I can do the voice perfectly. I use it now and then.
