Yet another "Is it just me?" post:

Is it just me, or did Guenter sound an awful lot like Nelson Muntz?

And if not Nelson, some other supporting Simpsons character...

That's probably the voice of Tess McNeil (I think I got the name right?). She does the voice for lots of characters in Futurama, The Simpsons, and other cartoons, including Dot from Animaniacs and Babs from Tiny Toon Adventures.
