Goofs: In a previous episode, it took years to get on the net, but here it took them minues.

In the Charlie's Angel's movie, there's Cameron Diaz and Lucy Liu, bu the other one is not Drew Barrymore, like the original movie.

Fry has his original hands back later.

When they go to the end of the universe, they have no space helmets, and there shouldn't be any sound, cuz they're in space.

I don't think they'd still have airplanes in the 31st century.

In fact, considering the date of Fry's freezing, what would he know of Liu anyway? He called her the greatest movie actress of his century (or something) but at the time of his freezing, I don't even think she had her part on the Emaciated Lawyer Show yet.

True...but don't you think Fry would have looked at tapes and movies from the 20th/21st century after he was thawed out and had begun to shack up with the Professor and the gang? That could have given him the impression that he got.

No. They were all erased. I can't remember the name of the episode, but Fry and the gang had to recreate an Ally McBeal-ish episode which had been interrupted (by Fry) back in 1999. They couldn't just replay the episode because all the tapes had been burned by a religious group, I think.

I think the Professor stated that only "most" of the video tapes had been destroyed. We know that some of them still exist, because Fry was watching "Sanford & Son" in "A Fishful of Dollars" (not to mention that people are still familiar with the Old Series and Next Generation of "Star Trek"). Also note that "Charlie's Angels III" (from 2007) still exists on reel-to-reel film. So it's certainly possible that Fry has seen SOME of Lucy Liu's old work (but, as other people have pointed out, it isn't necessary).

I think they did that becuase right afterwords she says "memory erased" in the computer voice. If she said "Fry" and then "Memory Erased" right after one another, the "memory erased" part may not have sounded as funny... my guess anyway.
