My first thought is that there's something on another network from 7 to 8 that Fox wants to counter with something that gets higher ratings than Futurama and KOTH, but the only thing that's really competition would be the end of an NBA playoff game on NBC. Fox has the most indecisive scheduling department I've ever seen. The whole Phantom Menace fiasco speaks for itself.
