I've heard Nicole Sullivan (you know, the cute blonde from MADtv who was originally supposed to provide the voice for Leela until she got ditched for the much less talented Katey Segal) played Leela in the pilot episode of Futurama. Is there any truth to this? If so, does anyone know where I could download that particular episode from?

No truth what so ever. The Pilot was "Space Pilot 3000" (1ACV01) and that was with Segal who performs the role sufficiently. There's rumors that they did work up Sullivan's audition with animation. But that's it. If it's true the only people who would have it would be Curiosity Company.
