Sound Effects in Futurama

Has anyone noticed that Futurama copies or uses sounds similar to lots of sci-fi shows and movies?

The noise the Hypno-Toad made reminded me of some sound from a Tv show or movie, i think it was like a spacecraft taking off or something

But Futurama does also try to put some Refrence in there when they can. The Hypno-Toad sound for example has been traced way back to an old Atari game.
