SNL had a skit around Xmas 2002 that featured Al Gore as Willy's accountant brother, with him giving his brother the bad news concerning the company's finances.
In one episode of the Critic, Jay Sherman had Gene Wilder (as Willy Wonka) on his show, with Jay eating the "three course meal" gum and turning into a blueberry.
On last night's Simpsons, the first half of act one has a Willy Wonka parody in which Homer looks for a Golden Ticket to win a tour of a bacon factory.
