Why did the Planet Express ship rebel with all the other machines--wasn't it created by Farnsworth? In that case, it wouldn't be under Mother's control.
Also, did you notice the coffee machine stayed behind when all the other appliances took to the streets?

So, why didn't Mom just re-package all the mother's day gifts and re-sell them to other robots next year. Since she was grinding them up and selling them as a fake cure for cancer; why hasn't cancer been cured by the year 3000? Mom has to be over 100 and she's been smoking for at least 70 years.
Why was the rest of the crew shocked that Bender bought the presents for Mom? He either stole the money he spent on them anyway
If the Planet Express ship had a Mom's Friendly Artificial Intelligence Unit (as some nitpicker recently claimed), why did it allow the crew to retreat on Labor Day? Wouldn't it's patriotism circuit force them to stay?
