Hmmm. What happened to "no, just the one"?

well didnt the professor say that he created the box universe? so i guess that means they created new parallel universes maybe?

It's not the first time other universes have been mentioned. In "The Why of Fry" Fry sets off a device which sends himself and the brains into yet another parallel universe. However, that universe could have been created by the device itself.

Was that one possibly the one with the cowboy hats, though?

I doubt it, that way the brains wouldn't have been alone. Plus the space in the brain-alternate universe was white although the cowboy-space was black :)

No, this universe was empty prior to the arrival of Fry and the Brains.
