Who I think it is?

I bought season 4 on DVD last weekend and saw "The Devil's Hands are Idle Playthings" for the first time (absolutely beautiful episode btw), I was almost certain that the voice on the other end of the phone when Zoidberg called to order Fry's two record set was David X Cohen, yet their was no mention of it on the audio commentary. Thats what i thought when i saw the episode, i would of thought it'd be mentioned in the commetry, but it does sound so much like him, i'm sure it must be. ahh who knows?
