Accoriding to Fux they're showing that mermaid episode next Sunday instead of the Amazon episode (which all of the tv guides say will be playing). Is Fux this so far out of touch with their own programming department or are they intent in showing us Futurama reruns until the season ends.

Apparently there was a, uh, STRONG disagreement between the producers and Standards and Practices regarding some dialogue. Fox has insisted that this ep cannot run without significant additional editing. My guess is that that won't happen, and so the episode will not be shown, ever, at least in U.S.
