Has there ever been a Futurama episode where...

none of the character's lives were in danger at any point?

i, roommate, a fishful of dollars, a head in the polls, put your head on my shoulder, lesser of two evils, and a bicyclops built for two.

Any point to this?

Uh.. did you forget that Fry's head got cut off? I think that endangers his life just a little. Also, "Bicyclops" concerns the survival of an entire race

The car crash took only a second, and he lived. More a setup for the rest of the plot then a truly life-threatening situation.

It was all a lie, and no one's life was endangered at any point during that episode.

Also How Hermes Requisitioned His Groove Back contained no life threatening situations.

What about Hermes attempting suicide. That was kind of dangerous. Standing atop a tall building and all. What about Fry and Amy being stranded on Mars in "Put your Head on my shoulder"?
