I don't get the joke in "Space Pilot 3000" about JFK Jr. Airport? The reason i ask, is because they changed it to "Radio City Mutant Hall" in the re-run.

The is a JFK Airport in New York, named after John F. Kennedy. His son, JFK Jr, ran a magazine and some people predicted he would eventually run for office too. Unfortunately, he was piloting a small plane and crashed in the ocean. After that the airport joke was assumed to be offensive and they changed it.
