What's that smell?

Oh yeah, the season premiere. Well, at least the creators of this program are consistent: this show was just about as bad as any of the others. All summer long, I kept wondering: "Will they finally cut their baby teeth and produce a show of real substance?" The whole robot romance thing was simply stupid. Oh, ha-ha, how funny, the bartender is pouring drinks made out of oil. God, that is just SO funny. "Titanic" in space; what a stupid idea, especially when they made the ship similar to a nineteenth- or twentieth-century steamship. Why? None of the characters are likable or interesting or funny. Every line falls flat, and you keep waiting to laugh but strangely enough nothing comes out of your mouth except the expectant hush that precedes something REALLY funny. It's like eating Oreos for dinner or drinking near bear or not showering when you get up in the morning. Something is dreadfully wrong with this show, and I really hope they fix it because the premise is good but the delivery is lacking.

I have to agree that the season premiere was singularly unimpressive. But at least I didn't have to see a car stuck up anyone's ass like I did in the Simpson's premiere. (((shudder)))
