Yes I meant 23/2 and didn't mention regional areas because Seven only covers the capital cities.

They do? That's wierd, as I live in a non-capital city and get Seven. It's called Seven Queensland, but then in every territory the stations have their own distinguishing names and titles. I take it you mean you can't guarantee/ guess what non-capital city people will get?
